Shipping
We ship most orders via ground, which usually takes 3-5 business days, depending on your address. We gladly ship to the United States and Canada. Orders are generally shipped within 24-48 hours after processing. Customers will be notified of their order status via email. Please note that deliveries are made Monday through Friday only; there are no deliveries on Saturdays.
Returns
We are confident that you will be happy with our products and want you to be satisfied. However, if you are not happy with a product for any reason, please contact us within 2 weeks of receiving your order (1 week for leather covers, if not used) to initiate an exchange or a refund less shipping and handling. In the case of a Bizzimom Planners error or damaged merchandise, please accept our sincere apology and be assured that we will remedy the error as quickly as possible. Once notified of our error, we will offer you a refund (less shipping and handling), or exchange. If you select a refund, we will ask that you please return the order in its original form and packaging. We reserve the right to reject any returns and exchanges that do not meet these conditions. All returns subject to a 15 percent re-stocking fee.
