Hello!
I just wanted to give a shout out to all of you who have recently responded to
my most recent e-mail informing you of a possible cover laminate defect related
to a supplier error that you may be experiencing in the 2010 Jan-Dec planner.
Thank you to those who have responded. I will personally respond to all of you
who have written to me this week. I will send new covers and coils out to everyone
who has experienced a problem as well as offer you free shipping for any product
ordered throughout 2010.
Customer satisfaction will always be my #1 priority. I appreciate the kind words
and grace from whose who have written back.:)
Also, in response to several requests and to alleviate any future "cover issues",
I am actively looking into a binder system which would allow you to add on,
subtract and maintain the current information you currently store in your planner.
Every effort will be made to preserve the current size of the planner, however
I may have to compromise a bit!
Your organizing needs are important to me, so please send in any suggestions or
requests. I will do my best to accommodate the majority.
