Some good news! I'm so excited to announce that our planners are
now available in many of the Borders Book stores
in the Capital District of NY! Hey, it's a start! I've been
secretly dreaming about seeing my planners next to the others on the
shelves :).
My 9 year old was doing a little jig in the middle of Borders
last night when we went in to take a peek!

*** Yummy Appetizer Recipe! (EASY!)

Here is a "FAVE" of mine and makes a great appetizer 2 Go!
It's my sister in law's recipe that I FINALLY was able to get.
So--- I'm going to share it with you!

CHEESY ARTICHOKE DIP

16 oz. of marinated artichokes in oil
1 can (4oz.) of Chiles (sliced) in water (these can be found near
the Mexican foods)
6TBSP Mayo
1/3 cup Parmesan cheese
2 cups shredded sharp white cheddar cheese
dipping chips (the scoop ones work awesome)

Drain, rinse and chop the artichokes by hand or in a food processor
Mix ALL ingredients EXCEPT the shredded cheddar
Place the mixture into a greased dish (an 8x8 works best)
Sprinkle the shredded cheddar onto the mixture

Bake uncovered at 350 degrees for about 40 minutes

Ooooh---- it's so yummy! I'll be bringing it to a Christmas party
next week.

****HOLIDAY TIME-SAVING TIP

Many of us feel led to give gifts to teachers, bus driver, neighbors
etc... Here is an idea that adds a touch of "homemade" and doesn't
take too long or cost too much.

Buy a few inexpensive containers or baskets and some festive
cloth napkins to use as a liner and finally some cellophane wrap.
Buy enough muffin mix to place 6-12 muffins per container.

My favorite is the Krusteaz Cranberry Orange. All you need to add is
water and maybe an egg! Consumable gifts are always appreciated and
it's something that the kids can help you do as well! Have Fun!

experience to sow her time and love into such a wonderful cause.
