Hi!

Welcome to the first edition of the "Bizzimom Bulletin",
designed to offer a variety of refreshing topics that directly
affect moms. As I write this with well over 2 feet of snow
on the ground I think it's safe to say that the Groundhog is a LIAR!

Before we get started, a housekeeping issue--

You're receiving this email because you've purchased a
Bizzi2Go planner--which you are hopefully enjoying!
In order to send the "Bizzimom Bulletin" in as private,
secure and efficient manner possible, I'm migrating my
e-mail list to the #1 list manager in the internet business
--Aweber.com.

In order to keep your name on my mailing list, and comply
with federal CAN-SPAM regulations, you'll have to send
a blank e-mail to:

bizzi@aweber.com

You'll immediately get an email asking you to confirm your
registration by clicking a link. Just click--and you're good to go!

(NOTE: You can easily unsubscribe at any time by simply

In each issue of the "Bizzimom Bulletin" I'll try to bring you
QUICK, useful information and tips you can use as a mom.
Any recommended products or links have been tried
and tested by me--I wouldn't try to steer you wrong.

I'll be archiving each issue on my website, so you can
always look back to find something you read before,
but can't recall.

When the day is over, do you sometimes feel that you didn't
have ONE SINGLE MINUTE to yourself? Do you feel a sense
of accomplishment, or a nagging realization that a lot of important
things went undone?

Or are you saying, "That's a stupid question--
I feel that way every day!"

Fact is, without some sort of time management, we all succumb
to the vacuum of time. If there's space in our time schedule,
something will fill it.

It's up to us to take charge of our schedules.

I've started to sit down every evening and use the ample space
in my Bizzi2Go Planner to quickly write a short "to-do" list
for the next day, right in that day's space.

It keeps me accountable and gives me a clear focus on
what I hope to realistically get done. Give yourself the
satisfaction of "crossing off" each task upon completion!

Not only will you feel a sense of accomplishment, you'll:

*remember important tasks
*force yourself to prioritize (great for you Type A's out there that
think you can do it all)
*create a journal of what you did each day
*be able to sleep peacefully, knowing you'll get the most important
stuff done tomorrow

Use the blank monthly dividers or extra space in your Planner to record
less-important tasks that can be done once you've crossed off each
day's Top 5.

I challenge you to put something on your "to-do" list that you enjoy---
be it reading for 30 minutes, taking a walk with a friend (or some
music),
taking a bath, getting a massage or or maybe even taking a nap!

If you don't schedule it, chances are you'll NEVER do it.

Before I end, I'd like to give a big shout-out to three people asked me
to join their local internet business mastermind group and helped me
get Bizzimom Planners, Inc. up and running on the internet superhighway.

First there's Leo, our fearless leader. He runs a successful business
helping folks get out of debt with his program "How to Own Your
Paycheck Again". See more at
http://www.1shoppingcart.com/app/aftrack.asp?afid=533169.

Then there's Kindy, a local dietician that has a heart for helping
families get healthier and stay that way. Her site is
http://www.healthy-kid-recipes.com. Be sure to download her free
e-book!

Finally, there's Cate, another mom just like me with a ton on her
plate! Last year she and her husband lost a combined 60 pounds with an
eating plan they designed all on their own. Cate decided to write a book
on how to duplicate their success, and it's doing great! Check it out at
http://bizzimom.budgexpert.hop.clickbank.net. Come swimsuit season,
you'll be glad you did.

They all have terrific newsletters, too, so sign up if you get a
chance.

Let's end today with one of my favorite recipes, perfect for cold
weather.

Chicken Tortellini Soup

This is a low-cost and healthy meal idea that my family and friends
love!

----place "used" chicken carcass in a large pot covered with water
----turn on high until a boil is reached; then turn down to low-med
----throw in a few chopped-up cloves of garlic, 10 or more shakes of
pepper, a small grab of salt to taste, and a small grab of fresh or
dried parsley (no, I don't measure)
----let simmer for a few hours or more if you're home
----now get a large colander out and place over another large pot or a
bowl; carefully pour the soup contents through the colander
----allow the "colander contents" to cool; pull off the remaining meat
and put back into the soup; discard the rest
----Now...here's where you can make the call; My family loves it when I
add frozen cheese tortellini, chopped scallions and a little fresh
spinach. I allow the soup to come to a slow boil until the tortellini
rises to the surface and VIOLA!
----you have just created a WONDERFUL Feel Good Chicken Tortellini
Soup!

(P.S.) It tastes twice as good on day 2!
